Brad Richert Joins Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty as Co-Managing Broker

I’m extremely excited to announce that I have accepted a new role as the Co-Managing Broker /Assistant Manager of Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty in South Surrey!

Alongside my friend and colleague, Bianca Myddleton, Owner & Managing Broker, I look forward to maintaining and growing the culture of professionalism, ethics and leadership that she and her office have built. I have known Bianca since she opened her office and have long recognized that we share similar values. In recent years, I have watched the Coldwell Banker company modernize and leapfrog many of its competitors in its technology and professional training.

The combination of these factors led me to open a dialogue with Bianca with hopes that I can take on a leadership role and expand the Coldwell Banker brand further into the Fraser Valley as well as continuing to support the growing South Surrey / White Rock office.I am truly honoured to be a part of this office while continuing to serve my clients throughout the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley regions.

As a side note – as many of my friends and associates know, my personal Facebook profile was hacked last month and subsequently disabled. I therefore lost administrative access to this Facebook business page, which I have had since 2010. As anyone who runs a business these days, you might understand that this is not an insignificant loss.
