Ever since I was in grade school I’ve been involved with community newsletters, graphic design, and helping connect people to each other. I’ve owned Langleyhomes.ca for close to a decade and have overseen it evolve over several iterations.
Since joining Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty earlier this year, as we expand into the Langley market, I am looking to take a more collaborative approach as I upgrade the website and make it a more resourceful hub for Langley residents as opposed to the standard “REALTOR” website (it will be completely separated from this website).

If you are a local Langley business owner and are interested in advertising directly to at least 3,000+ homes every month with valuable content, I am looking to partner with you!
I have expanded the physical size of my monthly printed newsletter by 100% and the reach to 3,000 homes in Willoughby. Additionally, I am re-building Langleyhomes.ca from the ground up to be more community-focused. Yes, there will still be the obligatory real estate content, but it will also have a lot more community oriented information.
This is where I need YOUR help! If your small business offers services for the home (not just real estate!), whether you are a mortgage broker, painter, landscaper, lawyer/notary, home builder/renovator, electrician, or something else, I want to help you reach your ideal clientele!
This is NOT a money-making profit-based publication. This is an advertising partnership that is intended to be mutually beneficial. All funds collected are put back into the print & web editions as well as print & online advertising.
PILOT PROJECT: WILLOUGHBY PRINT EDITION
The Willoughby edition is our pilot project. If you decide to partner with Langleyhomes.ca in this edition, your content will be delivered to at least 3,000 Willoughby households offline via a premium high end 11″x17″ newsletter, plus visitors to the new website (a previous version of the website was once one of the most visited websites in Langley! With your partnership, it won’t take long to once again be one of the top websites in our region).
Additionally, you will have the first right for advertising in future neighbourhood editions, plus benefiting from the added web views. There will also be only one advertiser per category (ie one mortgage broker or one lawyer) per neighbourhood. You will be posted as the neighbourhood specialist for your business on the print edition as well as our new website.
You also don’t have to worry about graphics or formatting! Whether you would like your content to be an informational article (written similar to the “FRONT” below, with graphics) or a traditional ad (similar to the “BACK” below), I can help you put that together for FREE (which you can also use in other advertising).
